§1. Every carpet must be inspected by Aladdin Carpet Care & Atelier before the order is accepted and the condition of the carpet assessed.

 

§2. Before the order is accepted, Aladdin Carpet Care & Atelier will discuss and record the contract costs in writing with the customer on site. After completion of the order, the fixed costs are to be paid by the customer in cash or by transfer to our company account within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the invoice.

 

§3. We charge a surcharge for carpets that are soiled with urine, faeces or vomit. This also applies to oversized, very heavier or high-pile carpets.

§4. If for whatever reason there are additional costs for processing the order, Aladdin Carpet Care & Atelier is obliged to inform the customer immediately.

​

§5. The company Aladdin Carpet Care & Atelier is authorized to use and save all data of the client for processing the order.

​

§6. Aladdin Carpet Care & Atelier accepts no liability for any damage that may result from the regular cleaning process. This can occur, for example, if the carpet is affected by moths and the damage only becomes visible after cleaning, or if the carpet structure is very fragile due to normal aging processes or, for example, loses color due to poor coloring or colors mix or, for example, damage caused by years Rays of light have arisen and only become visible after cleaning.

§7. The company Aladdin Teppichpflege & Atelier assumes no liability for damage caused by a third party. This includes, for example, damage during transport, theft or others. Here the customer has to insure himself.

§8. The customer is entitled and obliged if the washing result is unsatisfactory, to complain to our studio up to two times before legal action is taken.

​

§9. A 100% stain removal cannot and is not guaranteed by Aladdin Carpet Care & Atelier.

​

§10. A 100% authentic restoration or repair of the carpet cannot and is not guaranteed by Aladdin Carpet Care & Atelier.

​

§11. The customer is obliged to arrange a personal delivery date within a maximum of three months after completion of the order. If there is no matching delivery date, Aladdin Carpet Care & Atelier is entitled to invoice storage costs from the third month. The maximum storage is one year, after which a fee-based disposal is carried out by Aladdin Carpet Care & Atelier.

 

§12. If legal disputes arise for whatever reason, both parties are obliged to inform each other in writing and to give 30 days to remedy the problem.

​

§13. The company Aladdin Teppichpflege & Atelier and the client agree that the court in Canton Bern is responsible for all legal disputes.
