Carpet care with tradition

Stain removal is a science in itself. Depending on the type and texture of the carpet and the materials which caused stains, we decide the procedure. Most of the time, the cleaning products that can be bought in drugstores are the worst choice for a carpet made from natural fibers or animal hair. The aggressive chemicals remove the stains but also damage the carpet, creating a surface with defective structures and changing the overall appearance of the carpet forever. Therefore, we generally advise against using such chemicals for carpet cleaning. Simple treatment methods with natural substances such as natural soap, vinegar or natural yoghurt are the better tools. Nevertheless, in some stubborn cases, the method of spot coloring with true-to-original color cannot be avoided. Our knotting master decides on the methods used as they have many years of experience with stain removal.
